Street Artist. Fashion designer. Joy seeker. Meet the woman turning resilience into an art form.

Origins
Born in Madrid and raised in Brixton, South London, Piluca grew up between two worlds. She trained in Fine Art at Kingston University, exploring everything from animation to sculpture, before carving her path as a multi-disciplinary artist.
Today, her work spills into unexpected places, murals across Waterloo’s Leake Street Tunnel, garments reinvented through upcycling, and a new fashion brand boldly titled I Am Here to Play.
Style Notes: I Am Here to Play
Her fashion line is more than clothing—it’s a manifesto. Pieces are reimagined, renewed, and revived, much like her approach to life.
“Fashion is how we tell the world, this is who I am,” she explains. “It’s playful, it’s transformative. A jacket can always have a second life—just like we can.”
One of her standout collections, The Human Code, celebrates humanity in the age of AI. “We are chaos, imperfection, creativity—all the things AI is not. That’s worth celebrating.”
Daily Rituals
Every morning, before the world intrudes, Piluca dances with her son. What started as a playful habit when he was five has become their family ritual.
“It releases good energy, sets the tone, and creates memories,” she says. “It’s about starting the day with play.” This small act reveals her larger philosophy: joy isn’t something we wait for, it’s something we create.

Life Lessons
Piluca’s philosophy of play is rooted in resilience. Her life has not been without struggle, yet she insists:
Life is choice. “Your life is nothing but a sequence of choices. Once you realize that, everything changes.”
Resilience is practice. Like going to the gym, she believes we must train our inner selves to face life’s storms.
Joy is rebellion. “We can’t always control what happens, but we can choose how we respond.”

The Bigger Picture
In a society shaped by social media pressures and AI-driven ideals, Piluca advocates for individuality. “People are so hard on themselves. They forget they’re unique. Just existing is extraordinary.” Her work, whether sprayed across a tunnel wall or stitched into a jacket, pushes against conformity. It is a celebration of imperfection, humanity, and joy.
Advice for Dreamers
Her message is clear: don’t wait, and don’t give up.
“Life is not the end goal, it’s the journey. Even if you don’t ‘arrive,’ the act of walking your path is everything. Do what makes you happy, and success will follow.”
Piluca is proof that creativity is more than a profession—it’s a way of moving through the world. Through art, fashion, and ritual, she shows us how resilience and joy can coexist. In her words: we are here to play.
