The weekend of July 19th and 20th marked a truly extraordinary occasion curated by Wasim Aslam, CEO of Artemis Privé—a brand synonymous with exclusivity, bespoke experiences, and elite connection. Set against the stunning backdrop of Portsmouth, this VIP weekend welcomed select guests to The Marriott Hotel for an exclusive Sail GP Beyond Business Networking Experience—an event that embodied the spirit of Artemis Privé: bold, luxurious, and world-class.

Saturday, July 19th: Connection and Curation

The weekend commenced with a welcome reception. Guests were greeted with a chilled glass of prosecco and then a networking meet and greet. Brand Ambassadors in Artemis’ signature blue and white ensured the seamless flow of the event, managing enquiries and facilitating introductions.

An intimate round of high-level networking was followed by talks which was hosted by Sherylanne ,from a hand-picked selection of brand founders and visionaries, sharing insights into their journeys, innovations, and philosophies. The following speakers shared brief insights into their businesses Amanda Frolich award-winning celebrity children’s entertainer and CEO of Amanda’s Action Club, John Deery British-Irish award-winning director, producer and screenwriter. There was also Dr Shelby Thomas CEO & Founder of the Ocean Rescue Alliance Intl., 1000 Mermaids Artificial Reef Project, Director of Science for The Reefline Miami, Director at Tidal Sails US, PhD University of Florida, Simon Boulding Managing Director at Prometheus Sailing Limited. President-Maureen Simon Consulting | Founder and Creative Director of The Essential Feminine, Owen Clatter a young entrepreneur and CEO of Becks & Clates, Balbir Singh - Judge, Venture Capitalist, RWD-Early Stage Investor. Loukas Neocleous, Personal Growth and Well-Being Counsellor was also in attendance. Guests were treated to a sumptuous buffet.

As the afternoon transitioned into evening, attendees were chauffeured to The Waterfront Grandstand to witness the heart-racing spectacle of SailGP, part of the Emirates Great Britain Sail Grand Prix.

The experience was nothing short of exhilarating: twelve state-of-the-art F50 catamarans soared across the Solent at speeds reaching 100 km/h (60 mph), set against iconic coastal landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower and Southsea Castle.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the energy soared once again when chart-topping artist Tom Grennan took the stage, delivering a powerful live performance that left the crowd electrified.

Sunday, July 20th: Setting Sail and Soaring Spirits

If Saturday set the stage, Sunday elevated the experience.

Guests reconvened at The Marriott lobby, where networking and conversation continued. Spirits were high, and anticipation even higher—because the day promised one-of-a-kind access to SailGP like never before. For those who booked the luxury sailing experience, the day began with a transfer to the marina. Onboard a luxury vessel, guests enjoyed:

• Lunch, complete with curated drinks

• Hands-on sailing experiences led by professional crew

• Networking in an intimate, relaxed setting

• A chance to learn team-building and sailing skills while watching the world’s fastest boats cut through the Solent

• The chance to watch the Sail GP race directly from onboard their luxury vessel.
