GRANDMA AND GRANDDAUGHTER AFTERNOON TEA EXPERIENCE AT THE 5* BENTLEY HOTEL,

The Bentley Hotel in Kensington and Chelsea is a luxurious five-star hotel that combines traditional elegance with modern comfort. Nestled in a quiet residential area, it offers easy access to London’s iconic attractions, including the Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall, and Harrods. The hotel’s opulent interiors feature marble, chandeliers, and classic British decor, creating a sophisticated ambiance. Amenities include a renowned on-site restaurant, a lavish spa with a Turkish hammam, and well-appointed rooms and suites, many with luxurious touches like marble bathrooms and fine linens. It’s a popular choice for guests seeking both tranquillity and prime access to central London’s highlights.

During a recent visit to The Bentley Hotel, a luxurious 5-star establishment located in Kensington and Chelsea, I enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea with my granddaughter. We were met in reception by the Hotel Manager Mr Ravin Junglee, and Mohan who would look after us throughout. Our entire experience, from beginning to end, was truly exceptional.

The hotel exuded an elegant and inviting ambiance, creating a perfect atmosphere for our time together. The attentive staff spared no effort in ensuring we felt cherished, meticulously tending to every detail.

I was greeted to a glass of champagne and my granddaughter chose a fruit juice which was presented in a lovely tall stemmed glass.

The afternoon tea itself was delightful, with a beautifully presented selection of sandwiches, scones, and pastries that were both delicious and visually stunning. We were served with a selection of sandwiches Cotswold Chicken Coronation. Oak Smoked Salmon, dill, & crème fresh. English Cucumber, cream cheese, & mint. Free Range egg mayonnaise with spring onion. My favourite was the Cotswold Chicken Coronation and Egg Mayonnaise, then the Salmon. My Granddaughter absolutely loved the cream Cheese minus the cucumber, the salmon and the Gammon ham. The cakes too were equally delicious and we had a choice of Macaroons Carrot cake Pana Cota Passionfruit bar.

This was rounded off by the scones with their customary clotted cream and strawberry jam.

My granddaughter was thrilled with the treats, and I was so touched when they surprised her with a lovely birthday cake! It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made her feel so celebrated and cherished. The smile on her face was priceless and I know this is one of the many experiences she will treasure.

The Bentley Hotel created a memory for us that we’ll hold dear, and I can’t thank them enough for their warmth, attention, and generosity. If you’re looking for a truly special afternoon tea experience, I highly recommend The Bentley Hotel. They know how to make an occasion feel magical!

After we finished dining, we were taken on a tour of the hotel, which was a wonderful experience for my Granddaughter who was forever full of wonder and questions. and therefore, a lovely end to a wonderful afternoon.
